By purchasing, downloading, accessing, booking, or using any Kindred Company, LLC materials and/or services (collectively, the “Offerings”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not purchase, download, book, access, or use the Offerings.

Definitions

  • “Offerings” means any materials and/or services provided by Kindred Company, LLC, including (but not limited to) digital or physical content (PDFs, guides, workbooks, exercises, audio, video, emails, classes, workshops, and any accompanying resources) and booked services such as Reiki sessions and grief support.

  • “We,” “us,” “our” refers to Kindred Company, LLC.

  • “You” refers to the purchaser/user of the Materials.

License & Permitted Use

When you purchase or access the Materials, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Materials for your own personal use only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

No Resale, Redistribution, or Copying

You may not, under any circumstances:

  • Resell, sublicense, share, post, publish, distribute, or redistribute the Materials (in whole or in part).

  • Upload the Materials to any website, file-sharing service, community, or platform (public or private), including via “free” sharing.

  • Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the Materials for distribution or commercial use.

  • Copy, reproduce, or claim the Materials as your own.

  • Use the Materials to train or feed AI systems for reuse, republishing, or commercial purposes.

Intellectual Property

All Materials are owned by Kindred Company, LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your purchase does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Purpose & Limitations

The Materials are provided for educational, informational, and entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional advice or services.

The Materials do not provide medical, psychological, psychotherapy, counseling, legal, financial, or other professional services. You understand and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own well-being, decisions, and actions.

  • If you need medical, mental health, legal, or other professional help, you will seek assistance from a qualified professional.

  • If you are in crisis or may be at risk of harming yourself or others, seek immediate help from local emergency services.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that engaging in self-reflection, personal growth, emotional processing, spiritual practices, or somatic/grounding exercises can involve risk, including emotional discomfort. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from your use of the Materials.

Results may vary

We make no guarantees regarding any specific outcomes, results, or improvements. Results vary from person to person, and your results depend on many factors — including your personal circumstances, consistency, and willingness to do the work.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kindred Company, LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your access to or use of the Materials.

In any event, to the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Materials will not exceed the amount you paid for the Materials.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kindred Company, LLC from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Materials.

Refunds & Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

If you experience an issue accessing or receiving your purchase, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help resolve technical or delivery problems.

Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of access to the Materials and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our privacy practices.

Changes to the Materials

We may update, revise, or discontinue any Materials at any time. If you have purchased a version, you will retain access to what was delivered at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kindred Company, LLC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
